100% Plan: $349 per closing until $8,000 in annual fees, then $100 per closing · $25/mo office fee · $50/quarter E&O · no split, no franchise fee.
85/15 Plan: 15% to Barrett until a $16,000 annual cap, then $100 per closing · no office fee · $50/quarter E&O · transaction coordinator costs covered up to $400 per deal (not counted above).
Optional add-ons (Lofty CRM, Barrett App, lead program) aren't included.
